Sayulita Reflections: What's quietly unfolding

January in Sayulita was pure magic.

The Align & Empower retreat held at Poco a Poco Ranch this past January exceeded anything I could have imagined. From the moment the women arrived, the space softened and something beautiful took root  a sense of ease, safety, and deep connection that grew stronger each day.

To the women who joined me: thank you.
Thank you for trusting the process, for showing up fully, and for helping create a circle that felt honest, supportive, and deeply nourishing. The laughter, the conversations, the shared moments of stillness and movement  they all wove together into something unforgettable. As always seems to happen… when it came time to leave, no one was quite ready.

Since returning home, the energy of that retreat has continued to ripple outward. Women have reached out to share how the experience stayed with them how something shifted, how they’re still integrating what they received. Others have quietly asked, “When will you be going back?” or said, “I think it might finally be my time.”

So while nothing is officially announced just yet, I can share this:
Something is brewing.

There is a strong intention to return to Sayulita in May 2026 for the next chapter of Align & Empower: shaped by everything learned, felt, and witnessed in January. If you’ve been feeling curious, drawn, or gently nudged toward this experience, consider this a soft opening of the circle.

This retreat isn’t about filling spots quickly or creating urgency. It’s about listening to timing, to readiness, to that quiet inner yes. When the moment is right, the details will be shared first with those who’ve been paying attention and feeling the call.
